We accept all major CAD formats including STEP, IGES, Solidworks (.sldprt), AutoCAD (.dwg), Inventor (.ipt), Creo (.prt), and native Fusion 360 files. For 2D drawings, we accept PDF, DXF, and DWG formats. If you have a different format, just ask — we can usually work with it.

Standard lead time is 10-15 business days from order confirmation. We offer expedited (5-7 days) and rush (2-3 days) options for urgent projects. Complex assemblies or large quantities may require additional time. Your quote will include an accurate lead time based on your specific requirements.

No! We welcome orders of any size — from single prototypes to production runs of thousands. Our flexible manufacturing setup allows us to be cost-effective at any volume. Whether you need 1 part or 10,000, we'll provide competitive pricing.

Our standard CNC machining tolerance is ±0.05mm. For precision work, we can achieve ±0.01mm on milling and ±0.005mm on turning. Wire EDM achieves ±0.002mm. Tighter tolerances are possible — discuss your requirements with our engineering team for feasibility and pricing.

Every part undergoes 100% dimensional inspection. Critical dimensions are verified. We provide full inspection reports, material certifications, and certificates of conformance with every shipment. Our quality system ensures consistent, traceable processes.
